SF film in which wealthy man who is dying tries to save his life by transferring his consciousness into the body of a young, healthy man. Personally, I've no doubt the bastards would do it if they could.

Yeah, that does look like the same plot. When I first heard about it, put me in mind of "The Island" and the MMS novel "Spares".
