We’re thinking about moving house and down-sizing which means I have to get rid of some books and comics, probably hundreds of each, maybe even thousands, and there is a lot of science fiction, fantasy and horror in there, some signed, some maybe collectable. What’s the best way to get rid of them? eBay? Approach a dealer? Go to some second-hand bookshops with a van full of books? Any other suggestions, thanks.

Do you want money for them or a good home?
The SF Library at Liverpool University may take some if the former. Not sure about the latter but what is your deadline? Ask around at Fantasycon.
There are dealers who buy collections.
Talking Dead maybe. The Talking Dead, R. Wardzinski, Merley, Dorset
