Free event this Saturday 14th March in Leicester. I'll be attending as one half of Fur-Lined Ghettos. Come along and view our stall and those of a diverse number of indie publishers.
Specifically for those interested in genre at 11:00 on the programme:
Graham Joyce's Books
Graham was one of Leicester's best-known writers, who died in 2014. His work ranged from a book on being a goalkeeper (for the England writers' team) to his more usual speculative fiction. But was it horror, or magical realism, or just literature? Andy Hedgecock, fiction editor of Interzone magazine, talks about Graham's novels and about the writer himself.
