Well I have a 4000 (roughly) word piece that might work. But I'm really unsure about what you mean by punk fiction. The piece is kind of transgressive crime (I was kind of inspired by Grant Morrison's Kill your Boyfriend), but it's about horrible people doing terrible things and trying to justify it to one another.

Captain: the anthology is for stories directly inspired by punk music from 1976 onwards. I would have read your piece, but as Roy points out the deadline has unfortunately passed and I've now accepted sufficient pieces to fill the book (Table of Contents to be announced here shortly). But yes, try Crimewave...
