Does anyone know how to record Internet radio direct on the receiving PC without spending loads of cash on special software or devices? If so what do you advise?

Thanks folks, I got Audacity a while back on Pete Bullock's recommendation, for TFB, but never managed to figure out how to use it. I'll try again.
