I didn't think twice when you first mentioned it, Michael, because your BS20, or CW11, or something, took a while to arrive IIRC, but just checked and I appear to have messed up. Received your paypal payment but no email notification of it so you didn't get on the BS21 mailing list at all. Sorry about that.
Your copy is going out with the IZ233 mailing on Monday and should arrive within a week or so.

Hi Andy,
Thanks for looking into that. Really appreciate it. I assumed, as you did, it was just the postal service, because, yes, lately, It's taking quite awhile for books to arrive from overseas.
I wasn't worried about it, just really looking forward to another issue. So I do appreciate your attention.
