Anyone watching the new series - 4th episode on tonight?

I think this series has been much better than the last series. Series 2 got horribly bogged down in George and Nina's melodramatics, and they seem to have worked that out and made George funny again. In fact, the humour is much more integral to this series so far and that's always been the key to Being Human, in my opinion.

Some great episodes and characters this season as well, the Welsh zombie (the 'Chavalanche' as Annie put it so well); Paul Kaye's vampire who seemed to be channelling Sid Vicious through Spike from Buffy.

Hooray! A fellow fan. Episode 5 tonight, BBC3 - for me, this is practically the only decent thing on TV at the moment.

Season finale on Sunday, this has been a super series. Glad to see Herrick back to being as evil as ever, pity that McNair and the female detective are dead, they were good characters, especially Robson Green as McNair. Bring on series 4!

I'd never seen the show before - the previews/ads for it over here were pretty crappy - but after reading about it here I thought I'd give it a try.
Two episodes and I was hooked.

I'm enjoying how they pick and chose which memes/tropes/whatever they want to make use of and which they ignore. Vampires in the sun that can't be seen in mirrors but drink coffee and eat crumpets.

Now part way through season 2. Should be caught up in a couple of weeks.

Gotta love finding a new show that already has three seasons you haven't seen.

I envy you, Michael, discovering it for the first time again. I thought this last series (3) was perhaps even the best so far. As long as they keep that rich vein of black humour running through, it will always stand out from the crowd.
