Specifically: I'm in London for a couple of days. I live in rural wales the rest of the time (handily the broadband is fast as sheep dont create much contention) so wanted to take this opportunity to grab a copy of interzone from a shop and read it for the first time. But the website's changed and the forum appears to have no pre-changeover archive and suddenly there's no consise list of spotted-in shops.
Will Forbidden Planet nr. Tottenham Court Roud have it in? I'm staying in The City so the closer to the eastern leg of the circle line the better, but i'm willing to go for a trek if it'll be worth my while

Hi cycloid. Thanks for your interest in Interzone. The website, btw, is still a work in progress, and Roy, who's planning on listing stockists, has gone on something... I think he called it 'holiday'.
I'd be amazed -- and disappointed -- if that Forbidden Planet branch didn't stock Interzone. If you find they don't, please tell them they should. Thanks! Apart from that, shops like FP are amongst the first places I'd look, but it should also be found in Borders and newsagents, various independents, etc. You can always email or PM me if you have any difficulty and we can arrange to post you a copy.

I picked up issue 210 from Foyles on Charing Cross Road, and they had several copies left. I presume FP had sold out of theirs, as I couldn't find it anywhere.

I will try to sort this now/soon. As andy said I was away and my skills with Wordpress were somewhat wanting, still are, but Paul was kind enough to set up a page. Now i have to fill it.

GOT IT
No copy in Borders, but Foyles had one copy, hiding under New Scientist. Hooray
and wow! it's gorgeous. as someone who appreciates good layout design (years in the web business) i have to tip my hat to you it's very very nicely coloured, arranged and generally pieced together throughout. It's the quality of a magazine double it's price. I have to embarrasingly admit i was expecting a color cover and newspapery innards, guess you don't make it to 25 without a lot of hard work and effort.
anyhow, sorry to gush, time to get stuck in

You see it's worth subscribing. Saves a lot of bother.
If these shops are all selling out why don't they increase their order or should the distributor be checking and supplying a few more?

So Foyles/Borders is the best bet if you want to pick up a copy of issue 211? (and which Borders, the Oxford Street one or the Charing Cross one?) My father absolutely wants to buy a copy of the issue from the newstands, and he's going to London in a week or so.

Charing Cross Road seems best. Foyles, Borders and Forbidden Planet are very close in that area. FP is on Shaftsbury Ave near the Neal St intersection.
The stockist list page is 'under review', hence its lack of content.

It's been so long since I last went to Charing Cross...
I'll pass the list of addresses along to my father and see if he can find a copy. Thanks!

Charing Cross Road between Tottenham Court and Leicester Sq tube stations.
These bookshops are between Charing Cross Road and Cambridge Circus.
Not Charing Cross itself.

You did say Charing Cross Road--(I was the one who was lazy and didn't type "Charing Cross Road" all the way through...) Sorry. I do know Charing Cross doesn't have much, bookwise.
Between Tottenham Court and Cambridge Circus? Ok, I'll pass the word along, thanks!
I think my father can work out how to get to Foyle's, though. As I remember, it's big and easily findable--FP might be a bit more difficult for him...

My father was at Borders and found it with no problem.
He's now taunting me by pointing out he got it before I did
