F'wise said "Everything's been fixed ... it was a bug that only affected the Mobipocket files." in response to our complaint.

The Hugo voter electronic packet is now available and John Scalzi has listed its contents here.
You have to be a supporting member of the worldcon to get it but that'll only cost you £25, which is a bargain for what you get in the packet.
And then you also get to vote, of course.

I couldn't find anywhere else to ask this, and here seems to be the wrong place too, but to briefly divert this thread: if you subscribe to the print version of a magazine, and your address changes halfway through subscription (because if this doesn't happen for me, then my life is truly going downhill) then who do I contact and how?
