This is interesting but still expensive as IZ would cost $13.60 - plus shipping/postage, plus any publisher markup - in the US. This is no saving for the reader over our exported issues but its a signpost, maybe.

I assume the $0.20 per page counts as one IZ page not both sides of a page.

I heard of MagCloud via the "Stranded" project, a magazine of folks who got stuck due to the Icelandic volcano eruption.

Definitely too expensive; on demand short-run printing (e.g. 100 more copies) rather than true on demand printing is far, far cheaper. ($4 vs. $12 per copy is a huge difference.)
