Anyone have any idea what's happening with the 2010 James White Award? They were supposed to announce a winner at Eastercon, but as far as I can tell there hasn't even been a shortlist announced.

I'm wondering if someone on this forum might know something about the judging process, since the award is affiliated with Interzone.
