Is there some specific mode through which to make queries about stories submitted to Black Static?

I sent off a story to BS about 5 months ago, and when I hadn't had a response mid-January, I sent a query through the site contact function. A week later, when I'd had no acknowledgement or answer to the query, I sent another by the forum PM system to Andy. That was at the end of January, and I've still not heard anything.

I'm not meaning to come across as nagging, but are there gremlins in the TTA website? Or have I just missed a blindingly obvious "how to query" section?
