I am trying to renew my subscription through the online shop but it keeps telling me the page doesn't exist.

Is it just me or is it temporarily down?

Thanks

Yeah, server's down Marc. They're working on it. I'll post here as soon as they tell me it's fixed.

Ok 2 more things:

I don't see a thing for renewal, does that mean I should wait till the next issue comes out? (my last)

And Austria doesn't appear on the list :? did something happen while I was sleeping? Eep!

There isn't actually anything to click on to say "renewal" Marc, so you'll just have to make the subscription as normal, as if it's your first. You could always put "renewal" and even an issue number in the field called Shopper's Reference, but rest assured every subscription is checked anyway, so I'll see immediately if it's a renewal and alter your mailing label accordingly.

The new shop will enable people to select new/renewal, and other things besides. We had it almost ready, then had to upgrade to fix a bug, which deleted everything we'd added, so I need to start again from scratch. It isn't especially difficult, it's just finding the time...

Oh, Austria is on the list, you're just looking at the wrong list. I'm guessing you've told the shop that you're in the UK or RoW. Tell it you're in Europe and you'll be fine.

It is a bit clunky. Will be glad to get rid of it!
