Technology is a sore point with me, Jim. But yeah, I got your email, though whether I'll be able to access it tomorrow or the day after is anyone's guess.

Yep, plenty of misdirection there, but I always thought parties in Scotland were a bit wilder than that

Depends on the party, those by one of my sisters are pretty tame, those from my mother however...

Absolutely. Put something on your blog and email me a link. As long as it's somewhere on the internet that's fine.

And if your mum wants to write something...

Good start Jim :)

Although I'm a bit disappointed that Pete didn't include chocolate or socks...

You can't have the socks Bob, as I'm still wearing them.

Moved the goal posts slightly with the Advent Calendar - see latest Case Notes blog for details.

You can't fool us, Pete. Everyone knows that those brown socks you wear constantly are just years of grime into which you've etched a plaid pattern.

Although I have to admit, you have nice legs

Just read Hot Rats by Gareth and it made so much sense, didn't take into consideration that time travel could be as troublesome as this. Now I'm going to have to rebuild my time machine to compensate for the spacial displacement... rats!
