The ttapress.com emails are not working properly. For the last few days (at least?) we haven't been receiving forum emails/registrations, orders placed/emails sent via the website, competition entries, White Noise news, etc. If you've sent such an email recently you may not even have received an error message. If you have an alternative email address please try again or leave a message here.
We are investigating and hopefully this problem will be solved soon...

NB: other things not received recently: changes of address sent via the website form, paypal orders for back issues. The latter isn't such a problem as there'll be a record on the paypal account, and I can track any recent subscriptions/renewals in a similar way, but for anything else sent in the last few days (to a ttapress.com email address) you might want to resend now, just in case, as from about 11am today these addresses seem to be working again.

I've sent an email and a PM recently, without reply. I assumed this was due to backlog. However, if you haven't seen anything from me in the last couple of weeks, please let me know -- and which contact method you want me to use. It was a submission query.

So have entries to the competitions in the latest Black Static not been received?

If they were sent in the last few days, no. Can confirm that your entries have been received Matt, sent on 24th Feb and one on 5th March. No entries received from anyone since then.
