Wild guess: hadn't heard of him before, don't know his age or his nationality, can't find much about him, but on Amazon there are several books under his name written about Italian horror cinema. Taking into account one of his initials is the same as Maurice Levy, I'm guessing Louis Paul.

Yep, but neither of them is the same as those of my interviewee (it was the M, not the L).
