Black Static 34 and Nina Allan's "Spin" arrived here in Canada yesterday. Some good reading ahead of me.

Another top notch issue. The non-fiction was superb with the fascinating interview with Mark Morris a particular highlight. Enjoyed all the stories with the unsettling 'The King of Love is My Shepherd' by Ilan Lerman just edging the Nina Allan story as my favourite. Roll on issue 35!

I know that BS tends to show up here in Aus around the same time it makes it to my Canadian homeland, so fingers crossed that I see it soon...

That's late for London. I'll ask Andy about a replacement. Let us know if it does turn up please.

... and Black Static has arrived in Australia. Just in time - I'm moving house in a week and am glad that I don't have to rely on Australia Post to forward it correctly, which I am pretty sure wouldn't happen. Cracking the cover will probably have to wait until the relocation is done, though - but at least I have something to reward myself with now once that's over with.

Thanks, Roy. I knew there was a COA form around here somewhere... done and done.

You'll find Black Static #34 is now live on Amazon and Smashwords. You can 'look inside' and get stuck into Nina Allan's 'The Nightingale' and read all of Lynda E Rucker's new column - 'Blood Pudding'. Incidentally in Sean Logan's 'Tower of Babel' Andy used two typefaces in the print edition so I did the same for the Ebook file. This worked in the Smashwords Epub edition but not in the Amazon Kindle (Mobi) version.
