Yes, great stories both. And in there with my faves King and Straub too - I'm so jealous! Congrats.

As well as Anna T, Alison L, and Simon B and Laird B and others whose work I know - I'm also pleased to see Alison (AC) Wise in there. She wrote Mellie's Zoo in 'Cern Zoo' (2009)

Simon's story in Black Static - DERMOT - is a masterpiece!! Not yet read the other story Simon has in this book.

Many congratulations to Simon and Alison - both extremely well deserved. I've only read one other of the stories on the list and didn't even think it was the best of the collection it was in... Be a boring world if we all liked the same stuff I guess.

These are the HMs that will be listed in the book (top 50). Ellen says she'll post the full list later.

BS stories by Alan Wall, Tim Lees, Carole Johnstone and K. Harding Stalter. Well done those guys and gal.

Ellen has now published her full list of HMs, all 608 of them, in five sections arranged alphabetically by name of author:-

http://ellen-datlow.livejournal.com/391918.html A - E

http://ellen-datlow.livejournal.com/391965.html E - I

http://ellen-datlow.livejournal.com/392281.html J -M

http://ellen-datlow.livejournal.com/392479.html M - S

http://ellen-datlow.livejournal.com/392943.html S - Z

Plenty of Black Static stories in there.
