You'll be as pleased as I am that DHL Global Mail is not responsible for delivering overseas copies of IZ214, and that we switched to a company called Citipost. They claim the same delivery times as DHL -- approximately 5 days to Europe, approximately 10 days to the rest of the world -- so let's hope that unlike DHL they actually meet these estimates.

One difference is that Citipost don't pick up like DHL did, at least not for the same price. They could arrange it but it'd cost about eight times as much. So we had to arrange a courier from here to there ourselves, meaning the overall price works out a little more than with DHL -- but if we get a much better service...

IZ214 left Citipost on Tuesday 15th January. As usual, please let us know when your copy arrives, in what condition etc. Copies should have arrived in Europe by now...

Ah, mine also arrived in the mail :) I was a bit worried that I might have forgotten to renew my subscription again. Thanks.

It arrived here in Sydney on 30/1/08, in very fine condition. Give them a one day credit as Monday was a public holiday here.

Same here. Arrived on Wednesday the 30th in Sydney so 14 days exactly (taking the Australia Day Public Holiday into account). Excellent condition.

Seems a fair bit faster than DHL right?

Arrived in Auckland, New Zealand today (2/2/2008) in fine condition. Expect the slight delay was due to the incorrect street name on the address ("Tara Road", should have been "Tawa Road"). In all, looks like Citipost is doing a good job.

Speaking of time, when does the electronic version arrive?
