Arrived in Uppsala Sweden last week.

First time in a long while I've read the whole of an issue.

Must Supply Own Work Boots by Malcolm Devlin - My favourite of the issue. Loved the concept and the story sucked me in to it's world from the first line. An unbelievable standard for only his second published story.

Bullman and The Wierdling Muttha by RM Graves - Not a clue what this was about sadly.

The Calling of Night's Ocean by Thana Niveau - Ran the Devlin story close. Strong voices from the two viewpoint characters had me gripped and the ending was unexpected.

Finding Waltzer-Three by Tim Major - A strong, atmospheric story that I found genuinely creepy in parts. Nearly undone by a somewhat cliched ending.

Oubliette by E. Catherine Tobler - Technically the best written of the stories in this issue but I found it difficult to reconcile the different parts of the timeline with each other and ultimately didn't find it engaging enough.

Mind the Gap by Jennifer Dornan- Fish - Not the most original of stories but nicely written.

Monoculture by Tom Greene - Another solid story that is enhanced by it's choice of narrative style. Would make an interesting short film.
