Aye, true again. It is very easy to start imagining the little ticks we all get. But I really wasn't meaning to be nasty.

That must've taken the scenic route Marc...

Another very positive review of IZ228, this one by Gareth Jones on SF Crowsnest.

Another very positive review in the June SF Revu.

"...more great fiction, including one that is Hugo-worthy." (Jason Sanford's 'Plague Birds'.)

Got it yesterday (probably via Australia or China).
Read Untied States, great idea and story (when I receive Interzone I put aside any book or magazine -in this case Analog- I'm reading at the moment).

I thought this issue was fab, much better than 227 anyway!

Again there's loads of odd little themes that recur throughout the stories. The ideas of stories being passed through the generations and the isolationism of island life are prevalent in the first and last stories.

Anyway there's more waffle wot I wrote about 228 here - http://robmccow.livejournal.com/128396.html

Christ, I just realised that I still haven't received my copy... That's what distractions (exams) will do for you.

I renewed my subscription just before this one I think, Andy. Is there any chance that something went wrong an a copy was never sent to me?

Hi Matt

Addressed a replacement IZ228 for you. Checked the IZ pile for any rogue BS subscriptions, found that your original IZ228 was returned "addressee gone away." Please email your postal address so I can check I have it right... and that you haven't moved and forgotten to tell me!

Mario Milosevic alerts me to an interview prompted by his appearance in IZ228. The story has generated a lot of interest for Mario. Result.
