Out now. Trailer here:-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2-hiHUh4UQ
Man breaks out of hell to pursue the cult that killed his daughter and stole her baby.
Stars Nic Cage. And shot in 3D.
Looks like "Ghost Rider" crossed with "Dukes of Hazzard" to me.

Cage seems to be devoting more time than ever to genre stuff...
with fantasy movies Season of the Witch (trailer looks okay), and Sorcerer's Apprentice - did anyone see either of those films?, and superhero-sequel Ghost Rider 2 - in the works.

Haven't seen those two, but I thought he did rather well in 'aliens among us and it's the end of the world' film "Knowing", albeit a bit close to going over the top on occasion.
On the other hand, in the first "Ghost Rider" I felt he looked old and tired and slightly embarrassed by the material.
And I haven't seen the remake of "The Wicker Man" - I was tempted when it was on TV a while back, but resisted temptation.

I saw Sorcerer's Apprentice. Well, I say I saw it - I fell asleep in the cinema.

A week back I made it 20 minutes into Sorcerer's Apprentice before falling asleep on the sofa. I keep meaning to go back to it, but it seems increasingly unlikely that I will. These days I wonder if Nick Cage really did have all the potential we thought we saw.
A second Ghost Rider? Why God, why?
That'd be like making a sequel to Mortal Combat or Sex and the City.

Bad Lieutenant, I haven't seen that one. And come to think of it, Lord of War was pretty damned good.
The vast majority of the comic book-to-film transitions have been (to me) awful movies. Maybe if I were more of a comic book reader/fan I'd feel differently about them.
