Somebody mentioned this on another thread, and oh look, there's a dedicated website with a trailer here:-

I really like the Resident Evil films, and Milla Jovovich, I don't care what anybody says. :)

Yep, me too, though Milla's reputation was sullied for me by that awfulness she did last year, the title of which I can't remember - Perfect something or other.

A Perfect Getaway? Easy 7+/10 film, much underrated with underrated performances. :)

Yep, that's the one, and everybody seems to like it, which puzzles me. From memory, there was no tension, elements of the plot didn't add up and they cheated the viewer by having parts of the story told from the viewpoint of the killers, but making them 'unaware' that they're the killers. I gave it 5/10 for the scenery :(

I'd give it 6/10, but VideoVista's reviewer liked it more (8/10).

"Resident Evil: Afterlife" is out now, and it's in 3D. Anyone seen it yet?

I just watched this and was really impressed by it. The 3D was blurry in parts but that could have just been the projector/glasses.
I'd definitely recommend going to watch it, I don't think anyone would be disappointed by it.

Can't speak to the 3D but really enjoyed it in 2D -- less so than previous Resident Evils admittedly.

Meanwhile, speaking of Milla Jovovich and the equally massively underrated Paul W.S. Anderson, trailer for The Three Musketeers:

But still looked great to me on blu-ray, just to qualify.
