Alt.Fiction presents Cathy Brett and Alex Bell as part of Lincoln Book Festival’s Children’s Fest Day. Bring the whole family!
Cathy Brett is author and illustrator of Ember Fury and Scarlett Dedd, published by Headline and selected for the Richard and Judy Children’s Book Club. Cathy has been scribbling stuff for more than twenty years and is determined to put pictures back into books for teenagers.
Alex Bell’s teen series Lex Trent is also published by Headline, while her fiction for adults is published by Gollancz. Alex spent six years trying to convince herself she wanted to be a lawyer until she threw down the textbooks and ran madly from the building. Since then she has never looked back.
