Just got home; a great time was had by pretty much everyone, I think, though there were the inevitable handful of illnesses and mishaps.

I am also very tired.

Eastercon was nice.
Tiring, but very cool--and it was awesome to meet everyone and put faces to names I knew only from online.
I now nurse the grandmother of all colds, though :-(

Welcome to Con-plague - because every silver lining has its a cloud!

(That said, and touch wood, I appear to have gotten away without any viral mishaps this year. Result!)

You could always send him a used hankercheif in the post. Germ warfare, etc.

Just a thought

I will make it to a con one day, but you'll all be fed up of me by then, anyway!

Ditto, Tony.

One of the nicest things was meeting people I've 'known' via the boards for months.

Nice to put faces to the usernames, isn't it? Well, except when they're faces like mine ... :D

Sent off a con report, for the souvenir book (due this summer, I'm told), and I name-checked as many people as I could remember.

Colin: I *knew* I recognised your name from somewhere, but couldn't place it...

I had a great time and managed to avoid colds, hangovers o'death AND food poisoning this year. Oh happy days. :)

It's not all good news, sunshine - you still owe me your half of the room charge. ;)
