Noticed that EasterCon is in London next year - anyone going?

Good line-up of guests: Gaiman, Stross, Lee, Mieville.

It's under serious consideration and we have enquired about the logistics of dealing.

Don't you mean Jetse's bar bill?

I'm already paid-up!

Next year I'm bringing a dialysis machine.

Likewise - I'll be rooming with friendlygun again. Should be a righteous chuckle.

I'm certainly planning to be present - Chester was a blast.

You'll have to be there - you'll have books to plug! :)

I booked for the weekend.

Just set-up an event page about this Eastercon, on Facebook, for anyone who's interested.

TTA booked into the dealers room now.
So Black Static should be there. If you want me to reserve a copy for you let me know issue/number; as I 'm never sure how many to take along, especially to an SF con.

Con hotel full so I'm using the Ibis.

Booked EasterCon + flight + hotel. Was invited to take part in the programme, so don't be alarmed when I show up in a panel.

I'm trying to book my bar bill under "Pendragon Press"...

Booked Eastercon. Haven't booked hotel + flight yet, but that should get taken care of, eventually.

This is my first Eastercon. I think I'll be a bit lost...

My first E'con, too... and I'm lost already.
Anyone from south coast (Portsmouth or Southampton) figured out simplest/ quickest/ cheapest travel plan - via public transport - yet?
Having to look at more than one timetable just fries my brain!

Aliette--

Roy and I will either be in the dealer's room, I'm doing two panels I believe (waiting for the programme), and I'll be at the bar till excruciatingly late.

Say Hi to us: I'll buy you a drink (and excuse my French: it's horrible... :) )

I do understand that the Con hotel is fully booked. The cheapest nearby option I could find was the Ibis. I booked for 49 pounds a night, but now I see that if you book directly on the Ibis site (to which I linked), you can get a 3-night deal for 36.75 pounds a night (at least, for Friday March 21 until Sunday March 23. Not available for the night from Sunday to Monday, unfortunately).

Good deal, methinks!

Well spotted Jetse, I cancelled my early booking and rebooked at the special 3 night rate. Breakfast will be effectively 'free' now.
