Foundation and the
New York Review of Science Fiction are another two dedicated print magazines, and don't forget that many broadsheet newspapers frequently carry SF reviews. The Guardian's
Saturday Review section, for example (So I'm a wishy-washy liberal - shoot me), has a monthly column from Eric Brown which covers around four books at a time, and Keith Brooke and Ursula le Guin also review regularly for them.
Just thinking about Locus reminds me they they've got a page,
listing links, that covers a lot of the same ground. Some of it is a bit more out-of-date than it should be, bit it's still very useful.
