Post subject:  New genre criticism blog: Neverscapes

I've just launched my new genre criticism blog, Neverscapes. It'll be serving up book reviews, TV and film commentary, responses and thoughts on genre fiction in general, and anything else that falls into the remit of "genre-related gubbins that interests me".

I'm aiming for a mix of lighthearted humour and criticism that falls on the easily comprehensible side of the fence. The focus will be on literary SF and fantasy but I'll be mixing it up a bit with pieces on games, film and so on.

Forthcoming pieces include reviews of Mike O'Driscoll, Marc D. Giller and Jonathan Green, as well as an overview of series one of ITV's Primeval and some thoughts on fantasy races in Warcraft.

Your comments would be appreciated on all aspects of the blog! And in case you missed the earlier link, you can check it out here...

Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy the blog.
