I don't know how many of the TTA writers use Youtube to spread their literary message but I couldn't resist putting together this two and a half minute to-camera about the first of my two new Silverthought Press novels "Planet of the Owls". The video was was shot in Wytham Woods which is near to where I live and where some of the action of the novel takes place. The footage was taken today in the cold breeze and edited together this afternoon.

Good. Definitely... Simon Clark was first writer I knew of to have a video/ trailer for his latest book.

It'll be interesting, I think, to see how well (or how badly?) this sort of marketing exercise works for different types of literary work.
:)
