On Facebook, Jeff VanderMeer has reported the death of Stepan Chapman.

Chapman was acclaimed for his PKD-award-winning novel 'The Troika', and a collection of excellent short fiction, titled 'Dossier'.
I was very pleased to have published a couple of his stories in The ZONE and Premonitions magazines.
