Lisa Morton is a name that will be familiar to readers of our sister magazine Crimewave. We published her story 'Unlucky' in the last issue.
Well now the good people at Gray Friar Press have released Lisa's novel The Castle of Los Angeles in a choice of limited edition and jacketed hardback, signed by both the author and Gary Braunbeck, who wrote the introduction, or for those who prefer their fiction without the frills, but not the thrills, a trade paperback. It's a ghost story, and so almost certainly of interest to readers of Black Static.
