The Advent Calendar - Day Eighteen
Yesterday we had a contribution from Mike Alexander, and today's slice of flash fiction is courtesy of Mike Stone.
The canny among you will have spotted a pattern.
I reviewed Mike's collection of novellas Fourtold in an issue of Black Static a while back, and very good it was too. He's had lots of other stuff published, and you can find out all about it at his website, which I just so happen to have linked to below.
Click on the first link to take you to 52 stitches and check out Mike's story 'The Fall of Azaliel and Lorcas', which I'm told has snow and angels in it, and so is entirely appropriate for Christmas. Then click on the last link to discuss the story.
We now have one week to go, or seven days in old money, but only four authors waiting in the wings (Jude-Marie Green, Beth Cato, L. R. Bonehill and Nathaniel Tapley).
We need more stories, so if you have something suitable posted online, then send a link to whitenoise@ttapress.com or if you don't have anything of your own then be altruistic and nominate something by somebody else (it is Christmas).
Failing that, I'll track down some stuff myself, and then you'll all be sorry.
