Listed below are the books received for review since the last update, which was back on 1 May 2015.

There are thirty five new titles and seven of them have been written or edited by women, taking our totals for the year so far to one hundred and eighteen books received, twenty seven and a half of them with a female byline (23%).

That compares with fifty one books reviewed in the magazine so far this year, of which twelve have been written or edited by women (24%).

In practical terms that means that the chance of any individual title getting a review is currently 43%.

In 2014 we didn't break the 100 books received barrier until 9 June, so things are looking up in one sense at least.
